At Aeschengraben 9 you will find room for focused individual work in private offices and for working in a team in private and open zones. These rooms are supplemented with spacious niches, cells, meeting rooms and open spaces for meetings, workshops and recreation. Office – focused and confidential

Choose an OFFICE – ideal for teams looking for the privacy of a lockable office. At the same time, you can enjoy the advantages of the upscale cafeteria, lounge and the other community zones. Choose between offices with 2 and 6 workstations. All offices are fully equipped with height-adjustable tables and ergonomic office chairs from Vitra.

Zone – communicate and circulate

Choose a ZONE – ideal for teams looking for an open and private team area. Each zone is separated from the aisle by a functional module. The module offers additional storage space (lockable) and space for an additional workstation. The zone is your private area, which at the same time offers space for spontaneous internal meetings and seamless access to the lounge, meeting rooms and cafeteria. Choose between a zone with 6 or 8 workstations. All zones are fully equipped with height-adjustable tables and ergonomic office chairs from Vitra.

Space – open and flexible

Choose a monthly SPACE subscription – ideal for people and teams who only need an office workstation a few days a month. You choose your monthly plan with 7 or 12 days per month. The best thing about it: you can use the days alone or divide them freely in your team/company. On the selected day, you will come to the Flex Office and take one of the free places within the area. All SPACE workstations are equipped with a 32" monitor.

Desk – fixed and communicative

Choose a DESK – ideal for solo entrepreneurs and teams who work regularly in the office and are looking for a permanent workstation. Each desk has a height-adjustable table and ergonomic office chairs from Vitra.

Community zones

The heart of the Flex Office is the large, stylish lounge with an open kitchen. You can meet here for spontaneous chats, for breaks and, of course, for freshly ground coffee. The lounge is right next to it, with comfortable seating and an inspiring selection of books.

All the way to the top, please! On the rooftop terrace, you can let your gaze wander over Basel. This where you can feel the spirit of this vibrant city and a broadening of horizons in every direction. The terrace is freely accessible for you and your employees.

Meeting/telephone boxes

With a standing table, chair, electricity and ventilation, the cabins are the ideal place for short or long conversations with the phone or laptop, alone or in pairs.

Lounge

Breaks, relaxing, talking on the phone or receiving guests – whatever you need. Our comfortable lounge is ideal for informal chats.

From the large project and meeting space to the workshop room and the stand-up room – you will find the right room for every meeting.

Location / Site plan

The location between the main train station and Aeschenplatz is excellent. The Aeschenplatz public transport junction is a few steps from the doorstep and you can reach the SBB train station in a seven-minute walk. Just as convenient is the accessibility by car for you and your customers – in the "Aeschen-Parking" car park.

The Aeschengraben is the gateway to the old town, which satisfies every wish in terms of cuisine, culture, services and leisure activities. There are also green areas and the popular St. Alban-Rheinweg in the immediate vicinity.

This mixed-use property has a Transa branch and a Mobiliar-agency on the ground floor. There are five office floors above it, including a roof terrace. The new Flex Office is located on the 1st floor, accessible by lift or via the impressively designed staircase.
