ORBIZ Satisfaction Guarantee
At ORBIZ, you're in the best hands – and you'll feel it from day one. To let you try your new office or workspace completely risk-free, we offer a satisfaction guarantee for the first 30 days from the start of your rental.
If during this time you find that ORBIZ doesn't meet your expectations, you can easily cancel your rental agreement. Simply submit your cancellation along with a brief explanation via your user profile – no written notice is required. We will then refund your rental payment – quickly, transparently, and without any hassle.
The satisfaction guarantee applies to all workspaces (Fix Desk, Flex Desk) as well as our team offerings (Team Office, Team Zone). Excluded are additional services such as badges, locker boxes, day passes, meeting room bookings, or custom signage.
Refunds are made via bank transfer within 14 days of receiving your cancellation or your bank details. This guarantee can be used once per company or individual.
If any damages occur, items are lost, or there is excessive wear during your use, we will deduct the associated costs directly from the refund amount.
